At California DTF, we want every order to come out perfect. To ensure the best quality prints, please follow our file upload requirements when submitting artwork for your DTF transfers and gang sheets.

✅ Accepted File Formats

• PNG (Recommended) – Transparent background, high resolution
• SVG / EPS / AI – Vector formats accepted for sharp details
• PDF (Optional) – Must be high resolution and properly flattened

⚠️ We do NOT accept JPEGs due to compression and background issues.

✅ Resolution Requirements

• Minimum: 300 DPI at the size you want printed
• Larger designs must be submitted at full size
• Avoid low-resolution files to prevent pixelation or blurry prints

✅ Color Profile

• Files should be submitted in RGB Color Mode
  
• Do not convert to CMYK – we handle all RIP software settings for DTF printing
• For best results, provide vibrant, true-to-screen colors

✅ Transparency & Backgrounds

• Remove all background colors (use transparent backgrounds)
• White designs should be clearly visible (add a stroke or background layer for preview if needed)
• Do not include mockups—submit artwork only

✅ Sizing & Bleed

• Design artwork at the exact size you want printed
• Minimum line thickness: 0.5 pt
  
• Minimum font size: 10 pt
  
• Leave 0.25” spacing between designs on gang sheets to allow easy cutting

✅ Special Effects

• Gradients and fine lines are supported
  
• Metallic, neon, and glitter effects are not supported
  
• Keep small details bold for best transfer durability

✅ Checklist Before Uploading

✔ File format: PNG, SVG, EPS, AI (no JPEG)
✔ Resolution: 300 DPI
✔ Colors: RGB mode
✔ Background: Transparent
✔ Size: Exact size needed
✔ Safe spacing: 0.25” between gang sheet designs
